Murray Cohen grows about 150 acres of certified organic hay, barley, wheat, and corn on Cohen Farm near Pittsboro, NC. Much of these crops are feed for their Angus beef that the Cohens sell locally. Lindale Farm, Chatham County's first certified organic dairy, buys much of the organic hay.
