The Chatham County 4-H Livestock Show enjoyed a great turnout at the Palomino Sports Arena in Goldston on September 21st. Sixty youth from Chatham, Moore, Randolph, Guilford, Richmond, Stanly, Hoke, Cumberland, Alamance, Anson, and Orange counties showed over 100 meat goats and beef heifers over the course of the day. In total, more than $2100 in premiums were paid out to talented 4-Hers who traveled home with numerous ribbons and plaques in tow.

Many thanks to all of our volunteers and supporters who helped make the day such a success!

Best of luck to our young people as they continue to compete on the circuit this fall.
