Both workshops will feature keynote speaker Robert Hayter, who will discuss principles for performance operations, customer centric thinking, and how service is the basis for strategic profits. Based in Pinehurst, Robert is a Registered Landscape Architect and full member of the American Society of Landscape Architects. He is a principal in the engineering, landscape architecture, and planning firm, LKC, and co-owner of The Southern Landscape Group.
