Chatham County 4-H will hosts its 6th annual 4-H Livestock Show on Saturday, September 19th, at the Mitchell Angus Farm in Silk Hope. The show will include both heifer and meat goat shows, and events start Saturday morning at 9:30AM with the meat goat showmanship competition.

The Chatham County 4-H Livestock Show operates as 1 of 12 shows which form the 4-H Farm Credit Showmanship Circuit. Through the generous sponsorship provided by Carolina Farm Credit and Cape Fear Farm Credit, the circuit will provide numerous 4-H youth with the opportunity to exhibit their hard work through demonstration of showmanship skills and high quality stock.

There is no admission fee for spectators to enjoy the show. Barney’s Famous Hotdogs will be on-site for lunch, so sure to stop by their stand to grab a bite to eat while showing support for our local 4-Hers. We look forward to seeing you there!

Address for Mitchell Angus Farm:  125 Duncan Farm Road, Siler City, NC 27344
