Congratulations to a number of Chatham County 4-Hers who were recognized as district winners for 4-H Project Record Books submitted for the 2016 program year.  4-H members submit Project Record Books to their local 4-H office on an annual basis to detail new skills learned and information gained over the course of the past year for completing various 4-H projects on an individual or club basis.

This is the highest-level competition there is in North Carolina for recorded county-based 4-H project work. In total, over 600 Project Record Books were submitted from across the state, and competition was fierce! Congratulations to the following Chatham County 4-Hers for placing at the district level:

  • Riley Spohn, Chatham County, Animal Science 9-10 age category – 2nd place, Silver Award
