Woman behind plantIn late July Debbie Roos, Chatham County Agriculture Agent, visited Heart Song Farm in Silk Hope. Grower Emily Fuller has accomplished so much in only a couple of years, and pretty much by herself! Emily grows vegetables, herbs, and cut flowers and also produces amazing value-added products like raspberry pepper jelly, smoked garlic scape salt, herbs de Provence, and other spice blends.

You can find Heart Song Farm at the Sanford Farmers’ Market on Saturdays from 8 a.m. til noon.

Emily will be offering a Spring Community Supported Agriculture share (CSA) that includes produce plus a small offering of flowers and value-added products; sign-ups for the CSA will begin in January 2021.
