Join the Chatham Community Food Council on Sunday, November 9 from 2:30-4:00pm for a free community event!

Sunday, November 9 2:00-4:30pm. Free event at the Chatham County Ag & Conference Center. Food Policy 101 presentation from Community Food Strategies and Carolina Farm Stewardship Association followed by an open discussion around farmland preservation, food insecurity, and child nutrition/farm-to-school. End the event with networking and finding ways to support and take action on these food system topics.

The event will take place at Chatham County Ag & Conference Center. Speakers with Community Food Strategies and Carolina Farm Stewardship Association will presenting on Food Policy 101 and GAP Certification related to farm-to-school efforts.
