Your vegetable garden is planted, but now you have SO MANY QUESTIONS!
  • Do I need to be concerned about that insect on my squash plant?
  • How often should I fertilize?
  • What should I be doing in my vegetable garden this month?
  • Is this eggplant ready to harvest?
  • Do I really NEED to weed?
  • How do I wrangle these darn tomato vines!?
Join Extension Master Gardener Volunteers in their Demonstration Garden at the Chatham County Agricultural & Conference Center for a walk through the garden to get hands-on practice with identifying insects (both the beneficials and baddies), pruning and staking, and learning what to look for and do to insure your veggies are getting what they need to thrive. Come, learn and get your garden questions answered!

Dress for a morning in the garden (outside). We recommend a hat and sun protection.
In the event of rain, the session will be rescheduled.
