Job Description Matt has been a horticulture extension agent with NC State University since 2015 and in Chatham County since 2018. His education and outreach program targets home gardeners, ornamental nurseries, and landscape professionals, and he is the coordinator for the Extension Master Gardener program in Chatham County.
