Extension Gardener Webinar

7/22/21 5:30–7:30 p.m.

Expansion of urban and suburban areas into deer habitat, along with reduced predation, has resulted in explosive population growth of white-tailed deer in the eastern US and Canada. Seeking food in increasingly fragmented habitats, deer find the lush, well-fertilized plants in vegetable and flower beds particularly delectable.

Join Matt Jones (Extension Horticulture Agent) for a webinar about how to reduce deer damage in your landscape. We'll learn about deer biology and damage mitigation strategies, including repellents, fencing, and plant selection.

Registration is free. Register through Eventbrite
